Rana Kabbara is a business advisor and a certified coach. She brings over 25 years of practical experience including leadership development, Human Capital advisory, management consultancy, coaching, training and lecturing in the Middle East and Canada.
She is the author of the book, “Leading with Elegance, Leading Self to Leading Others, Aisha and Hamad in the workplace,” written and published in Arabic language helping local talent on their career journey.
Rana has consulted for global powerhouses including PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Business Consulting Services, Grant Thornton and was an HR Advisor for a Governmental Entity in Abu Dhabi before establishing BOLD Solutions Provider. She has lectured different courses and supervised graduation projects for undergraduate and graduate students. Her areas of expertise include: leadership development, human capital management, organizational development, and process improvement.
Rana earned her Master in Management Science (MSc.) from HEC Montreal and a Graduate Certificate in leadership from McGill University. She holds an executive coach certification from the Center for Executive Coaching in the USA. She also completed a certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
